Step 3: Disable and re enable your Intently extension (See article for instructions on how to do this)

This works similar to restarting your computer.

 

To disable the extension, go to your extension settings in your browser, and uninstall the extension. See below for instructions on how to do this on your browser.

 

Go to your dashboard at intently.com/dashboard and re activate the extension when prompted.

 

Chrome

Step 1) Right click the green Intently icon in the upper right of your menu bar.

Step 2) Navigate down and click on "Manage Extension"

Step 3) Find the Intently extension in the list that pops up

Step 4) Uncheck the “Enabled” box

Step 5) Recheck the “Enabled” box

If Intently isn't working at this point, click the trash icon to totally delete the Intently extension and visit intently.com/dashboard to reinstall.

 

Firefox

Step 1) Click the "Open Menu" button in the top right corner of the menu bar (3 horizontal lines)

Step 2) Click "Add Ons"

Step 3) Navigate to "Intently" on the list that pops up

Step 4) Click the "Disable" button

Step 5) Click the "Enable" button

If Intently isn't working at this point, click the "Remove" button to totally delete the Intently extension and visit intently.com/dashboard to reinstall.

 

 

Safari

Step 1) Click on "Safari" in the menu bar across the top of the screen

Step 2) Select "Preferences"

Step 3) Select "Extension" in the navigation on the top of the pop up

Step 4) Select "Intently" in the navigation on the left

Step 5) Uncheck the "Enable" box

Step 6) Recheck the "Enable" box

If Intently isn't working at this point, click the uninstall button to totally delete the Intently extension and visit intently.com/dashboard to reinstall.
